Customer service of PAL sucks. They cannot even be polite and be patient to their own countrymen. Not to mention the very old and arrogant Flight Attendants.
PAL FAs are the worst. Try travelling the international route, they just stare at you. No helping hand. They can be compared with Northwest Arilines. That's why I never, NEVER fly PAL or Northwest. Cathay Pacific, Thai Airways, EVA Air, Singapore Airlines and China Airlines, these are the best.
Sorry, but some PAL flight attendants are too dainty for the job they do, especially when it comes to cleaning up. A flight attendant was walking down the aisle to collect trash right after breakfast, I handed over a left over piece of cake WRAPPED in its packaging, but she did not hold it securely because she did not want to touch it, so it fell on the floor. She bent down to pick it up but she still couldn't get a secure hold of it, and she made me pick it up for her.
Bakit naka cover all sa emergency drill. Dapat yong actual uniform pa rin para feel yong tunay na sitwasyon. Mukhang dependable tong mga to. Di tulad noong mga crew ng Barko na Filipina Princess di alam ang ginagawa noong nag ka emergency.

and I remember, I forgot to put my bag in the overhead compartment and my seat was on an emergency exit. then she asked me to unfasten my seatbelt and stand up and put my bag in the compartment all by myself even if it's taxiing to the runway WTF

took a Malaysian AirLines flight from NY via Stockholm to Manila..FA's were respectful smart and very attentive to the needs of the passengers..GREAT food too..really a BIG difference compared to PAL..no wonder PAL is losing their customers to other airlines! won't be surprised if they'll totally plunge into BANKRUPTCY !!!
PAL flight attendants are so pretty and sexy. Unfortunately when it comes to service, they are the worst! I am a seaman and the way they treat us is like shit, 8 mos. away from home and they dont even bother to ask me if I like chicken or beef. They just put whatever is left on their cart. Also, why do we OFW have to sit at the back of the plane! PAL always does that, and what happened to SEAMAN baggage allowance, every airline extends that except our very own Flag Ship Carrier PAL.

I have to say tama ka, pero sa PAL na 747 may 400+ na tao at may 17+ na crew so may 400+ na call buttons kada pasahero, so can you serve 400+ na tao from First,Mabuhay, & Fiesta Class all in one? I hope u read this. I still prefer to be FA for any Airlines in the world than in US. the way i look at it . Foreign Stewardess are more glamorous looking than US FA. THEIR UNIFORM IS LIKE A MOLLY MAID.And US Flight Attendant dont get pick up from thier houses if they dont have a car, unlike in other countries. Its either u drive your car or a shuttle will pick u up. Plus US FA are more surley .

PAL flight attendants are so pretty and sexy. Unfortunately when it comes to service, they are the worst! I am a seaman and the way they treat us is like shit, 8 mos. away from home and they dont even bother to ask me if I like chicken or beef. They just put whatever is left on their cart. Also, why do we OFW have to sit at the back of the plane! PAL always does that, and what happened to SEAMAN baggage allowance, every airline extends that except our very own Flag Ship Carrier PAL.

I was really impressed on my 1st flight, I was 5. and they treated you like VIPs then. now they treat you like a herd on its way to slaughter; half your clothes off and can´t even bring a darned 100 ml. perfume. glamourous flying days are over.

SANA SINAPAK mo nalang yung attendant na yun! mahal pala ung bayad eh, den so wat DUDE, i want to col u dat way & u cant change it alridy. I have to say tama ka, pero sa PAL na 747 may 400+ na tao at may 17+ na crew so may 400+ na call buttons kada pasahero, so can you serve 400+ na tao from First,Mabuhay, & Fiesta Class all in one? I gotta say, passengers must also need to learn patience, and why are you blaming all your problems on this site? why not sa costumer service nalang after you land para ma improve naman yung personalities ng mga stewardess,

At tama naman yung sosyal pero jologs para naman masaya yung flight, kaya nga mas prefer ko pang mag travel sa Cebu Pacific sa Intra-Asia travels kase mas masayang kasama ang kanilang mga flight attendants, kase may games, trivia questions and so on at may prizes pah, haha^^ saya!

i have since stop taking PAL and switched to Cathay Pacific, I had such a bad experience with the FAs with PAL

if you wanna die w/out even trying fine.but those who value their lives would much rather be saved.If you dont have anything nice to say about somebody else's job,just keep your comments to yourself.You obviously dont know what your talking about.You dont respect people just because...,you respect them period.Flight attendants are not picked to be good in serving,those who pass the training had to work real hard to be able to deal with all kinds of emergencies.who's the dumb low life now?!

Not if your ASS..is half alive and no one can perform CPR except the crew.. then "your" life is in their hands. Give them respect because when the plane is crashes and you cry for your mama because of all your injuries..its the crew who are the first people to help your sorry ass. face it, they have survival training and YOU don't. its not just jumping out of a plane to save your life.. its surviving.. unless you'd rather trust a Kindergarten kid to save your "dumb ass".
