John Whitehall, who was previously involved in genocide of Vietnamese by Australians and Americans in the 1970s went on to advise on the genocide of ''low caste'' Tamils by the high caste ''Tamil Diaspora" that funded the "medical programs" of "Tamil Eelam" (organised by Brian Senewiratne and Adele Balasingham).
