  • arsenik !!!!

  • This much Vibrato... Just not fits with Bach's arias.

  • My favourite...great voice...

  • You kids are just silly. A gorgeous woman with a gorgeous instrument singing with heart and intent and yet you nitpick. Clearly that voice sings much larger rep. Brava Anja!

  • a couple I.P.A pronunciation problems too

  • Like smelling sweet flowers

  • yep pitch problems

  • Very nice job on the part of the Orchestra, though!!

  • no, not intonation problems... she actually just missed notes by half steps in several parts of the main theme. having sung this before, knowing the notes in and out - she has a lovely voice, but should work more with the notes Bach wrote.. :)

  • Sadly, the choir is really weak, but what can you expect from an opera choir... they're not used to sensitve singing... wonder why they didn't take the effort to look for a good ensemble for that concert. :(

  • ...Hmm

    Beautiful Voice...

But Stresses Too Much On The High Notes~ And On Respexit She Puts WAYYYYY Too Much Push On The Rolling Of The "R"...

    =\\

  • The Magnificat in D major, BWV 243

  • she has perfect key and pitch, that's why it sounds off; it often does, until ya really concentrate. Found the chorus weak compared to her voice.

  • @dmitrid1 sorry, i have perfect pitch and have heard many performance of this piece and read it along with the score. she was terribly out of tune near the top sometimes, often by as much as a semitone. if she's also got perfect pitch, i'd be surprised. to be honest though, you don't need perfect pitch to tell that she's out of tune. however, i do like her interpretation, it's very sensitive - although the pitch errors are inexcusable to be quite frank, from a singer of her reputation.

  • @AytidaRed I completely agree with you.

  • I'm sorry, is she off-pitch most of the time... is that possible? Her "Laudate Dominum" from that concert was perfect - how can those two arias come out so differently?....

  • Beautiful singing, beautiful playing, awful hair.
