  • nice mustang... save yourself some serious headaches by taking the motor apart and using flexible zap ca around the magnets . its a good idea to replace the cheap bearings with some hq units . use lots of loctite when putting it back together . i lost my ziroli at6 on maiden because the turnigy outrunners have issues with magnets letting go and locking the motor up. you'll have tonnes of power on 12s but dont trust your hard work to a turnigy esc they arent reliable enough yet...... good luck

  • @gtrguy32 thanks for the advice, the turnigy esc blew up on further testing and I have not replaced it. I have heard the same thing with the motors. What type of bearings and where do you get good ones from to replace the ones in it?

  • @kd12587 yeah i only trust certain products from hk now . i find with the turnigy esc you cant max them out or they blow , if they say 12s max ill only run 10s max .if you need the 12s power go with castle or jeti . they cost more but if they blow 9 times out of 10 they send a new one free. i used bearings i had on hand but if you email timken with your bearing sizes they can fix you up with the right ones . the bearings i used were ceramic hybrid but regular radial bearings would work fine.

  • Nice..

  • Nice that doesn't seem to be lacking in power, should fly great.
