Meredith's room would have been filled with dozens of bloody footprints, handprints and DNA of three people, not one, if the prosecutor's theory is true. Moreover, it would have been impossible to remove all traces of evidence of Amanda and Raffaele while leaving all evidence of Rudy intact. Mignini framed them to attempt to repair his reputation. This case is very controversial so it is not a big deal that CNN is being biased. If there are no counter-arguments at all and CNN still taking sides, then it is a problem.

Sollecito is Italian and was found guilty!

Guede lives in Italy was kid of "adopted" by an Italian family and was convicted!

They heard the evidence and were convinced - Sollecito and Amanda had the best lawyers in Italy!

Why are these parents' PR people and the American media creating this issue? This is pure propaganda - these reporters know nothing about the case!

Everybody that I know who read it think the evidence is there. But it was only the evidence that caused the judge of the Guede trial to refused the "theory of the lonely wolf". In other words, Guede couldn't have done it alone!

The report on the Knox's trial will be published soon. We know only part of the evidence (the same as in Guede).

Why can't people wait for this before criticizing and vilifying the Italian justice system?

And in Italy, Knox can appeal zillion times

It's disgusting to see these parents presenting their daughther's version of the story, when she is a LIAR - not ONE single statement she made was confirmed by facts or witnesses.

And CNN don't even try to present the other side, but prefer to make an international issue of it.

Anyone with 1 brain cell can see that it would have been so much easy for the jury to say: "here is the scapegoat! Let's sacrifice him"

But they prefered to search for the truth and are paying dearly for it.

RELAX Buddy... This video was aired before the decision was made by the Judge. All you said was assumptions of what I am thinking. Quite frankly you are mostly wrong. I didn't say Italian Justice system is wrong nor the judges are just trying to imprison Amanda. All I was saying was that an American media taking their fellow American's side is just natural. I'd expect the same thing from the Italian media if an Italian commit a crime in the US. They are not completely biased stating opinions tho

Honestly, I really don't think it's that biased, they don't make the Italian prosecutor look that bad, and you really can't expect them not to be on the parents side considering they're the only ones they could get a real interview with most likely.

Its hard to believe how this story is reported here. They talk about it as a case of someone obviously innocent who has been victimised by some overambitious judicial system. No one feels sorry for the murdered girl, just a suspect who probably actually murdered the poor girl!

The amount of DNA on the blade is not reliable, it's to small. There were to many misstakes made in the beginning, and the rest is a fabricated story by the prosecutors and media. Rudi Guede is the only killer....
