Hi Yoko. Personally I don't watch hetero, but that's because I'm a big fruit, and hetero AV is about as cool as church!!! Perhaps, just perhaps they'd be a bit more appealling to me, if they were sweet, like this, and portrayed the actresses in as positive and respectful way as possible. The problem with a lot of hetero stuff is that the actresses are portrayed as dirt, and treated like dirt, and I hate that.
