Am I the only one who doesn't totally believe the Plaintiff? There is something about the whole 'pregnant at 15' and 'out in a park at 1AM' that's not sitting well with me. And why is it her father knew why 'Mike' was in prison? Her whole family-life sounds questionable.
The Defendant was trying way too hard to be confident so I think she is guilty of something but I don't necessarily buy the whole scenario the Plaintiff gave. I would've dismissed the case but....

It really is so funny how we base our judgements off tv shows and the judgement of one person, is this what society is now. Because Judge Judy says that man is a loser than he must be, or that the defendant is not capable of taking care of a child.
