Would you recommend this routine for someone who is trying to lose weight but can't work out "intensely" as per doctor's instructions? Or, is there another routine you would recommend? Thanks.

Good stuff as alot of woman dont have the time to work out or find it hard to fit it in. How much do you work out a week and what size (weight) gloves do you use?
I'm more into mixed martial arts but good video nun the less..

This is a great circuit. I'm training right now and trying to drop weight to make middleweight class, but I injured both hands, a knee and an ankle (just sprains). This workout is great to do while I recover. Thank you so much.
this is perfect! i have problems with my knee and i cant really run, or do stairs or anything, and i dont have time to go to a gym or go bike riding, so this is great! thanx a lot for this

@DenzalNWA , I usually workout five days a week unless I have a competition or photo shoot. The gloves are 12oz. :-)
