I appreciate this lady for more than a few reasons:

1. She's speaking in Urdu while cooking western/foreign dishes. No matter what happens, always communicate with your local people in your local language. Shows that you respect your culture.

2. Unlike Farah, she is not a fashion-freak on a cookery show. She is appropriately dressed, and wears proper gear: cap, suit, etc.

3. She says the dua before starting the show. Jazakallah.

4. She keeps her viewers involved.

@Desi4evah I liked u r comment but both these cook are different i mean farah is not a trained cook but her show's format is more apt for home cooking which is good...we don't really cover our heads when we cook for our family...i like both of them!

@zairt Arey bhai, she is certified chef and that's standard practice in the hotel industry. She is following it for that reason, it doesn't have to be for anything else.
