I see you posted this last year but I just came across it, Cameras have a built in feature that allow you to film 3 seconds every 15 or 30 seconds, depending on the camera, not all cameras have it, the more professional ones do though.

ah, i don't use any professional camera or anything. i use a fujifilm finepix Z5. it's just a regular digital camera (or at least as far as i know =p )
