You're having trouble with focus on some of the video. This is where an actual camcorder or pocket camera that focuses continuously will help. You could also add a field recorder to pick up some of the sound, such as of vows and toasts, greeting from people. Vows are really hard- consider catching the rehearsal sound with a mike on a stand. Look at something like the Nikon 7000, Canon G12, or Panasonic LX5.
