I would love to get 3 or 4 days in a locked room with my ex-pharmawhore, a pair of pliers and a blow torch and do to her physically, what she did to me.
this med was horrible for me. i was in a hospital after a nervous breakdown and they gave it to me. i suddenly wasn't able to urinate and i was scared to death. I had to be tested for prostate cancer and all sorts of things until they found out it was the risperdal. On top of that i felt so restless that i thought i was gonna kill someone. After i switched to zyprexa, things got better, but then i gained 60 lbs. in 6 months!
Dude, you are so lucky. Resperidol and Risperdol made me twitch all day, I'm at high risk for diabetes, stoke, heart attack/ failure and gained 100 pounds in six months. I've been off it for years and I am not losing the last 20 pounds I gained. I'm all for this drug needing better control. But you are extremely lucky. In cases this drug causes men and women to grow large breasts. I feel like I need therapy just to get over what my psychiatrist did to me with this stuff.
@lorien239 i have less energy to do stuff anymore, gained over 60 pounds within a years time im staying now. but it does bad stuff to your cholesterol levels and it's annoying.
You are very sensitive to risperdal. Its not the weight gain that is shocking, look at your posture in the 3mg pic. Your muscle groups are very stiff. Risperdal also increases your desire to eat sweet food which dosnt help the weight gains. its a awful drug and will turn you into a zombie. hope your off it now.

Before taking any medicine i was very skinny like 140lb.The first med was Zyprexa 10mg two times a day and over a year i went from 140 to 185. I was obese. Even though my symptoms where diminished. After two years and a half my doctor reduced my dose little by little until i was at 2.5 mg At that point i was very skinny like 135 pounds. The problem is i got worse and i take 4mg of risperdal and i am at 185 again. Hope u r ok.

Now I'm taking 0,75 and I can eat whatever I want. I like that life. My feelings, my pleasure...everything is back. I take alcohol like an alcoholic, but I never get a psychosis.
With 0,5 you absolutely can't gain in weight. I had 4 mg, which was a perfect dosis to gain weight. Now I'm taking 0,75 mg and I have a silly fat ratio of 6%. But I like my natural figure, it makes me feel the old one.

Alot of damage, i was on half of 0.5mg of Risperidone, I had to cut it in half, it competly ruined my life, fuck Risperidone ITS SHIT !
