That's not a bad SC coupler. It could be your bearings have failed. IDK but it has a metal grinding sound to it. Possibly the supercharger rotor bearings.
There's fresh supercharger oil in that new snout right?
Yea. The thing I don't understand is I replaced the snout of the SC. An It was makin the noise for a bit, I replaced a vacuum line and It stopped and ran fine, then it started making that noise again.

Sounds like a wore out coupler... Especially since you said it sounds like it's coming from the intake...
