Now mix the standing up ab video up with my kettle bell abs and 10 minute anywhere ab videos, Keep mixing them up an challenging the abs. Also make sure to really make that mind muscle connection. Remember ab exercises are really all about the small yet strong contraction that you feel. Not at amount of times you do them, feel the muscle working. Try that and let me know.

Been doing this for three days now and like others have said, I am feeling the results instantly. This is better than any workout I have done and doing it three times a day have already made my tight jeans feel looser. Tightening your abs is something wii fiit doesn't teach you, lol. For now on I will get up to workout for a few, then get to school, when i come home i will do my homework and go to swim practice, then I will work on my abs some more. In swimming its important to work on your core. I am determined to turn my flab into ab :) Thankyou for these videos! I can already feel the burn. :D

ive been doing this for 4 days now.. woke up and i was sore the next day... witch only means one thing... its working.... i also do the 10 min ab work out ..just drink water and walk a mile a day . trying to get rid of my fat from my last pregnancy... so ill update how im doing in 3 more days thanks :) ur workouts are helping me out alot!

O-M-G... you just became a huge friend of mine :-) I come from Guatemala, but since I got married I live in Germany. In my country, it was SO easy to go to the basketball court, which was 200 mts from my house, but here, NOTHING! Lots of chocolate, no friends, no sports, NOTHING. So, I´ve tried to find videos which would help me, but many are just, I dont know, not "likable". My back is really hurt, so, abs on the ground, off the table, but with this... GOD! This is really great! (1)
As you can see from my profile, I'm a plus size model. I'm a size 16, so the struggle to keep off stuborn stomach fat is an uphill journey. Floor stomach exercises are almost impossible. This workout however, is completely doable.After two full run throughs, my heart rate is up and I feel the effects in my abs region already. Thanks so much for this video. Tightening your abs is something wii fiit doesn't teach you, lol. For now on I will get up to workout for a few, then get to school, when i come home i will do my homework and go to swim practice, then I will work on my abs some more. In swimming its important to work on your core. I am determined to turn my flab into ab :) Thankyou for these videos! I can already feel the burn. :D

ive been doing this for 4 days now.. woke up and i was sore the next day... witch only means one thing... its working.... i also do the 10 min ab work out ..just drink water and walk a mile a day . trying to get rid of my fat from my last pregnancy... so ill update how im doing in 3 more days thanks :) ur workouts are helping me out alot!

I just wanted to thank u sooo much!! Had my son 14 months ago and felt awful about myself from all the weight I had gain during the pregnancy. Had no confidence at all. Then my sister showed me your videos and convinced me to try them out. It's been almost two months and I've lost ELEVEN pounds already!!!! It's all thanks to you! ive been doing this for 3days now and im already seeing and feeling the results! i love this it takes 12 minutes a day and shows more results then from when i work out and the gym for hours! thankyooou i love it :)!

And I try to find things that I can do with my wife, so we both are on the same page. I found too-girly or too-macho things, but this is just great. I also find it nice for my mind, for you know, no exercise, huge change in life, depression has been chasing me. Thank you so much. I thought that that mind-body things was something I made up to convince myself I had to go on. It means a lot, maybe it "sounds" weird that I write all these things, but it is just the way I feel. O-M-G... you just became a huge friend of mine :-) I come from Guatemala, but since I got married I live in Germany. In my country, it was SO easy to go to the basketball court, which was 200 mts from my house, but here, NOTHING! Lots of chocolate, no friends, no sports, NOTHING. So, I´ve tried to find videos which would help me, but many are just, I dont know, not "likable". My back is really hurt, so, abs on the ground, off the table, but with this... GOD! This is really great! (1)

As you can see from my profile, I'm a plus size model. I'm a size 16, so the struggle to keep off stuborn stomach fat is an uphill journey. Floor stomach exercises are almost impossible. This workout however, is completely doable.After two full run throughs, my heart rate is up and I feel the effects in my abs region already. Thanks so much for this video. My agency and clients will thank you as well.

Laura! i'm having SO much fun with your videos! I've started doing this one two times, then doing ten minute abs on the floor, then coming back and doing this one again for one more time. I try to do the videos every day but I have a physical, standing-up job (i'm a barista)so I don't always manage it every day, sometimes i do every 2nd day. i just wanted to say thanks so much! the videos are REALLY motivational & fun, and you're funny as heck. i giggle thru the workout sometimes! :) thanks!!!
