Sorry to sound lecturing, but Mitsuki isn't in this trailer. It's from Age the same company as RH, but you're probably mistaking one of the main characters of this game, Meiya as Mitsuki. Though the game you're thinking of with space uniforms does indeed have Mitsuki and Haruka. It's this game's sequel, Muv Luv Alternative. And the sequel to that Altered Fable which is on my Youtube also had them.

She is not in this game. She's in Altered Fable. I think you mistook her with the heroine Meiya who also has blue hair.
