damn muay thai is fucking awesome, i wanna learn it. i like the use of the elbow apposed to the fist (yes i know they still use their fist but just saying) think about it, your hand is flexible and punching can easily break of hurt your knuckles/hand while the elbow is just a giant club attached to your body. a weapon. muay thai is genius!

Thats actually a technique in Muay Thai, You raise your knee to fake them out but you also pivit your hip to bring your knee down to gain extra force for the Elbow.

I take Muay Thai and Elbows are my favorite part of the sport.
