You will definately change the top spot if you see Angels Melancholy though, that is the most depraved shit I've ever seen & given how grotesque, perverse & stomach-churning Mordum is, that's saying something. Ichi The Killer is too low on the list. If you check the manga out, you will definitely change your mind about it! For me, Ichi will always be #1 sickest movie ever.

Mordum didn't convince me, it didn't have enough depth to the gore...
Its moments like, in the texes chainsaw remake, when the dude tries to pull himself off the hook in his back, that was cringe worthy, because you could relate to the pain.

Usually I say 'to each their own' but Mordum had more realistic effects, better acting, more atmospheric tension, no jump-out scares, and far more savage in the violent scenes. "Ichi" is such a knee jerk reaction to Takashi Miike's work. How about "Audition" ? much more disturbing and sick. Ichi was kinda funny. Mordum didn't convince me, it didn't have enough depth to the gore...
Its moments like, in the texes chainsaw remake, when the dude tries to pull himself off the hook in his back, that was cringe worthy, because you could relate to the pain.

Usually I say 'to each their own' but Mordum had more realistic effects, better acting, more atmospheric tension, no jump-out scares, and far more savage in the violent scenes. TCM remake had jump scares, piss-shit-fuckballs acting, and paled in comparison to the gritty original.
You'd best be trolling. Surely nobody can have absolutely NO knowledge of movies such as your comment implies.
