do you mean between Harman & Kun?? if so, not at all...cause in the epilogue you see that 100 years later they are still at it. it's possible that it never ends, cause it's a god vs devil type thing, maybe as long as there are men willing to do evil it will never end, which is why i believe the ending Iwazaru/Kun represents Garcians inner evil...he purged himself of both concepts, Iwazaru being Harmans messenger n all

i believe this is all really happening inside Garcians soul...Emir used to work for Kun Lan under Young Harman, but god (Master Harman) turned Emir & sent him off to kill the Smiths. Iwazaru could be seen as maybe the evil within Emir. so Emir frees himself from Harman & Kun Lan's game, but in the end it doesn't matter cause even 100 years later the war continues

Really confusing ending. Iwazaru couldn't have been under Kun Lan's control the entire time, he was instrumental in the destruction of the Heaven Smiles and Japan, so he was definitely on Harmon's side for the entire game. I guess this was supposed to be like an aspect of Garcian's consciousness still linked to Harmon? Or something? I don't think anyone really knows.

the game is suppose to be political. harmen was suppose to be the democratic side and kun lan being republican. there was a pic on a fan site that explained the whole story pretty well. i think i lost it though

actually what they represent are cultures...Western & Easter cultures, Kun Lan is the eastern culture, which is why he uses mainly japanese politicians, & the whole story is basically about Japan trying to rise as an empire again
