The only woman who can get away with being an independent woman is Xena. They always make women in these types of movies either sweet, kind and submissive as the "good ones." and then the ones with opinions or not letting their husbands control them are depicted as the "bad one." Yeah that's a good lesson to teach little girls, always be sweet and never have opinions and you will be good, let your men be independent. God I'm sick of them putting the themes of women like that in these movies.
