The microKONTROL is still available to buy online although as far as I understand it has been discontinued by Korg, so when stocks are gone they're gone.

- the microKontrol does NOT store sounds, it is used to play sounds from external devices/programs. This Means that it will make cool synth sounds when it runs off something else. In This video the sounds are not coming from the MicroKontrol, they are coming from Reason! He is just playing the MicroKontrol which in turn tells the computer what note to play. Please like he said dont get one for christmas if your new. Get the MicroKorg, they're a lot easier for noobies and better anyway!

ok, question..

1) No. The MicroKONTROL doesn't come with Reason.

2) You plug the microKONTROL into the computer and then use it to send MIDI commands to Reason 3.0 to send sound out to your speakers. So the sounds are never "on" the MicroKONTROL, just manipulated by it.

when you play "anything can happen..." you play it slightly wrong. Imagine it as 16 beats. you only play 12 beats. I noticed cuz i was singing along. try it and you'll see. Good job for learning it though! =]
