Charlies: Yes, when you see a hurricane out at sea approaching, it looks like a massive storm; clouds from periphery to periphery. In certain ways, I think you can loosely compare tornados and hurricanes. However, the reason a hurricane has so much more volume is because of all the available fuel in the ocean (warm water).

Idont know seems to me that Hurricanes,if you dont take the proper precautions are the most destructive,dangerous and scary natural disasters to have to be in. They are slow moving some times and noone wants to be overwhelmed by water,Drowning sucks.
