Ok...The bottom of the Plexiglas to the aluminum collector should be min. 2.5". On your next build you should consider an increased surface area using our profiles. Will give you guys a great price on them to help you out. Now that you have a flat plate collector you will be able to compare the heat output after you build a "Profile Collector" Great job tho! Keep up the good work....your making a difference.
