Flay prepared more ingredients than he could handle. A bit of a disrespectful tone as well. I would say the judges were not impartial to the taste since the food was not especially prepared for certain age groups to preferences.
I really think Flay deserved to lose on this one. The judges on Bernstein's dish looked happy while eating, and they looked a bit thrown off on Bobby's dishes. And Flay basically used the onions as bowls on 2 dishes that didn't really work well.
I like when Bobby Flay gets his ass handed to him. He's my least favorite of the Iron Chefs. Something about him makes me believe he's a total prick. My favorite is Morimoto.
@TheYoRomeo i agree 100%! there's an air about bobby flay that lacks humility. morimoto is also my favorite, though i really do enjoy watching batali, as well.
