@johnrater146 Back when Birdo made it's debut in the first appearance of Super Mario Bros 2, Birdo was a guy. In the game's description, Nintendo themselves said it was a guy. But when they brought Birdo back for later games, they slapped a bow on Birdo and called it a girl, kinda ret-con'in her whole personality. So ever since then, fans of the Mario games call her Nintendo's transvestite.
