  • If I remember correctly, three bands from Shreveport, LA won the basement tape awards in a years time. Nobody understood how great the music was coming out of there at that point in the 80's. Exit was one of the other bands. Can't remember the third. Those were good times. I worked at Shreveport Music during those days and I got to meet all these guys. Jeff G in Nashville, TN

  • hey thanks for replying...I taped this very episode of the basement tapes and it was one of my favs for a long time till I lost a box of great vhs and cassettes. Id love to get a copy of this vid if possible....thanks ---Lance C in Austin Tx
