It took my 9 months before I was noticeably better nothing is wrong with you. As far as putting them into WMM there are plenty vids on youtube that explain how to save pivots and how to post them on youtube :D

agreed i got piv 3 months ago and i started with little stick fights that where very choppy ad edgy after 3 months iv progressed to using more frames and a higher fram rate and included smoothing and more cinimatic traveling.

Actually, I have noticed the large amounts of crap animations that seem to make up the majority of the youtube pivot animtions.

Rather than try to do something about it, which will probably end up in failure, simply join an animation forum and make fun of all the poor faggots that can't animate worth a shit.
