Why are you talking about taking time? I'm the guy in the video, nice to meet you Coyote. I practice from 12 years shaolin kungfu and now from 2 years pk, so I'm not a diluted athletic guy. I just wanted to show my skills in a video. Like everybody does on youtube. There is not competition, the structures you see are from a meeting of pk... I'm not hurry to reach the perfection but I train hard to get better every day and I'm proud to do it... :)

Hello SFCPKRM, The word Traceur was the first terminology used to indentify a person that does Parkour, that word was BORN form the FRENCH lenguage, now, TRACER is the English adaptation of the word, TRACEUR means "Line Drawer" or "Line Tracer", form there it comes to TRACER in english.

Yes... You have to control handstand on ground for long time, when you'll be a handstand master, try on a tube!!! Good train!!!! :)

I'm doing freerun for 1 year too, and i must admit, you're better. But still 1 note, what kind of place is that ? Parkour heaven ? It's a pretty damn good place to train, all i have is my surroundings. Buildings, roofs of shopping places, etc. Which pretty much means i have to improvise a lot.

But i'll stop moaning and just say this ; nice shit.
