  • Well, you are right. You do have the right to state your opinion, and your opinion is that you don't like it. Fair enough. I think the reason you sounded ignorant is the whole "strung up from the neck until dead" thing. That hardly sounds like a respectable opinion and IS IGNORANT. So you piss off.

  • You're a smart one, aren't you?

  • it's beautiful and so are you... :^ )

  • I hope siouxsie kicks your ass in a random alleyway

  • who those chicks? nah they can't beat me up :)

  • Somebody already mentioned it...Robert Smith of The Cure stood in on guitar for the band for the recording of this song and their 1983 tour...the guitar work really makes the song...a great rendition of one of my fave Beatles songs...where was this video shot...? It looks like Venice...!

  • hehe, my mother still talks about their show in sacramento. the first time she saw robbie smith was at a siousxie concert, hehe.

  • I agree, this version is wayyyy better.

  • I remember when this video first came out. The funny thing is, for years many people thought Siouxsie & the Banshees wrote this song, not realizing it was actually written by the Beatles. So what does that tell you??? Best version ever!

  • lol yeah being ignorant of the catalog of the band that routinely tops critics' best-band-of-all-time lists tells us a lot about this particular cover, hrm, yes.

  • yeah this version actually is better than the one beatles did.

    Love Siouxsie

  • are you out of your mind?

  • I agree with Marshall....This 80's Knock off.....I cant think of how to phras-oh yeah, sucks. The Beatles, will always be the best band to sing this song ever, that woman should be strung up from the neck until dead for destroying a masterpiece. Bad voice too. btw I bet they like Rick Roll, and Flock of Seagulls too... Ignore the crazies...

  • How ignorant can you be? Do you realize stupid that comment was? She didn't cover this song to please the narrow-minded Beatle maniacs, she did it as an homage to a band she had respect for.

And its only logical for a band to be the best performer of a song they wrote, is it not? In this case, Siouxsie's version is far better than the original.

  • What a wonderful song! I love this song!

  • Hey a video version on youtube that doesn't look like ass like the other ones, bout time.

  • best female voice in the world. my opinion.

  • I am PRUDENCE.

  • Such a lovely song :D!, Thanks for uploading :D!

  • Thank you! Great quality too. Nice to see. My mom told me that her mom wanted to name me Prudence. My mom forbid it. I had agreed when I was younger... but still... I think somehow I may be a Prudence .... Thanks...

  • gotta love the '80s XD

  • Love the Banshees - though imo Robert Smith's guitar work makes this song. The original was great, but this is better (and there aren't too many Beatles songs where a cover is better than the original!!)

  • wow

    bellisimo cover

    como pocos pueden :P

todos los covers de banshees son dmasiado bnos

  • Hermoso Tema.

Sales Todos Los Que Estaban En La Banda.

Y El De The Cure Le DB Mucho A Esta Banda.

Y No Se Compara Con Ella.

    Esta Señora Si Que Sabe.

    La Amo !
