Thanks a lot for posting this, but gosh this commercial is bad! Always a fan of St-Hubert myself, this guy and the similar ads that were aired during this period really bugged me. For one, I couldn't stand the pronunciation of the restaurant as "Saint Hew-bert". I believe their slogan at the time was, "Saint Hew-bert. Now you know about chicken." Lame. I partially blame their crappy advertising for their lack of success outside Quebec.
The only St-Hubert locations in Ontario are in Ottawa and Cornwall. The Toronto one converted into a new barbeque restaurant called the Q. London and Kitchener had St-Hubert locations as well, but they closed in the early 90s.
@SteveBrandon Yes, they still have St-Hubert in New Brunswick (in Moncton, I believe). My dad used to go to one in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador (where I'm from originally) on Kenmount Road, and also when he was growing up in Gander.

Tim Kazurinsky, right?
Anyway, North Bay briefly had a St-Hubert location. It must've closed at least 20 years ago.

I don't know about the rest of Canada, but St. Hubert still exists in Ottawa, at least.
I know it's only a couple of miles outside of Quebec, but it's still technically outside Quebec.
