Hi Marie. I love this technique. I discovered encaustic about a year ago and strangely enoough have done monoprints from clay. I would love to do this monoprint from encaustic. Can you recommend a book? What is the substrate you are working on and does the rice paper need to be a specific grade of thinkness? Also, when you were securing your print to the board were you using Gesso or another adhesive compatable with encaustic? Thanks for sharing : ) Patti
yes is an archival glue.
