Think about it. If there was a new object in the sky brighter than the moon, nearly as bright as the sun, as you claim. Do you think it would turn up only on obscure youtube videos? Do think maybe people might see it? Do you think astronomers might see it?
In case you don;t know. elenin was a tiny comet that disintegrated about the time that video was made.
@HeardFam because the moon orbits the planet at a different rate than earth orbits the sun. this puts the moon in view at intervals not correlated with the day/night cycle. it is just easier to see at night when light from the sun isnt overwhelming it. the moon doesnt "come up" when the sun "goes down".

to be clear it was dark when the moon was rising (and was not visible from earth because it dont created own light this time) but it was reflecting sunlight on the webbcam and was therefor visible it rise exactly like on the webbcam on stellarium

If you look up the time the new moon rose this morning, 9/24, and check out the exposure time of the camera, you will know that this bright object is the new moon rising over Hawaii.
It had me, too, but I had to admit on my page that it was only the moon.
this is actually the sun reflection off the moon. If you check out the 24th going into the 25th you can see the moon at the end of it. Now going into the 25th-26th its no longer there. If this was set on a fixed path then it would not have moved.
I had this on my page, too. I initially thought it was something to watch, but after researching all the possibilities, I found that the new moon rose at 3:20 that morning, which was the same time that this object rose. Because of the long exposure time of the camera, it made the new moon appear very bright.

If it was Elenin at that distance from the sun then then you would be able to see it during the day and there would be other photographs of it. Plus, there is no "tail" so...
according to our ancestors it is our 2nd sun in our solar system. It comes around every 26,000 yrs. It' had to happen sooner or later, right! the reason it looks so small and dim is because it is a greater distance away and is a bit smaller than our sun. It also appears to have a planet orbiting around it and should be hear some time in 2012. Are you ready?

On Sept. 26, 2011 the Moon's current percentage of illumination is 0%, we are having a new moon. So that settles that it's NOT the moon, I live on a farm and we watch the phases/cycles of the moon closely.

@insanezenmistress I do NOT know what they caught in the video, but I can say that was not the moon this much I do know. At the time of the video we were waiting for the new moon to pass so we could plant the collards for a late crop. And the following morning at the same time video shot (timezone difference isn't a factor due to rotation) I went and looked for what they saw and nothing was in the sky.
So what they filmed I don't know but it wasn't the moon.

It's extremely possible that's Mercury. Elenin is in Leo; and both the Sun and Mercury are presently in Virgo, side by side. Mercury rises above and ahead of the Sun, so my guess is that's Mercury. Some are saying its possibly Planet X (???); but it's definitely not Elenin. It's not in the correct location to be Elenin; plus its just way too big to be Elenin.
Lol, THAT'S THE MOON, it looks so bright because that's a timelapse and the exposure time is kinda full open so MOON looks overexposed, everyone with basic photographic knowledge knows this. Try it for yourself

@aronchas At first i thought it was the moon, but i have matched the star positions and overlayed them on my astronomy star chart which was all done digitally. I have even matched the time lapse. This has taken me 35 solid hours and i can confirm it is NOT the moon. I thought all this Nibiru/Elenin was hocus pocus, but i have stopped working on a an Internal combustion project which i have heavily invested and i have turned my attention to this. There is definitely something strange going on.

This is the moon. I just checked today, Sept 25, 2011 images and when the object reaches close to the top of the screen, the lighting on it dims and you can see it turn to a sliver. It is supposed to be a sliver in the moon phase right now if you check any moon phase site. Elenin would not appear in the morning sky.. it is lined up just between where Venus is and the Sun.. so this can not be it. If you have a cell phone with the Google Sky feature you can see where Venus is in comparison to the Sun. Elenin would be just between the two of them. Again, this is not Elenin.

I fook some pictures of the sun last night when it was going down and have some interesting objects near and around the sun. Some objects are red and some are pale yellow, like round orbs. Have been taking alot of pictures of the sun during the day for the last few months and have some interesting objects near the sun.....not sure what they are though.......

I have been watching the Sun rise for Years and usually the Moon is going down not up and I have never SEEN anything this bright and this BIG preceeded the SUN RISE....never in all my years.....what is that......
A friend whom I have told about Elenin has been researching since and he said that whatever is going to happen is supposed to happen between 5 and 7 today. I didn't get a chance to ask him how he knew this because someone else jumped into the conversation. We are now just over three hours of finding out what it is that's supposed to happen. It is MERCURY! This camera is set to pick up alot of light and thats why you get this effect of it more or less beeing the size of the sun. But wait.. if you paus the video at 0:56 you'll see the actual size. If that is npt enough for you, go check Stellarium.

I loaded the original video and captured a shot with the object about 2/3 up. After bringing into Photoshop and using the "Threshold Levels" adjustment, I see no indication that this is the crescent moon washed out by the camera. It is a round sphere of light no matter how you adjust the image.

If it was Elenin at that distance from the sun then then you would be able to see it during the day and there would be other photographs of it. Plus, there is no "tail" so...

according to our ancestors it is our 2nd sun in our solar system. It comes around every 26,000 yrs. It' had to happen sooner or later, right! the reason it looks so small and dim is because it is a greater distance away and is a bit smaller than our sun. It also appears to have a planet orbiting around it and should be hear some time in 2012. Are you ready?

On Sept. 26, 2011 the Moon's current percentage of illumination is 0%, we are having a new moon. So that settles that it's NOT the moon, I live on a farm and we watch the phases/cycles of the moon closely.

@tomalock1 Then i might ask you.. all these people who say It is the moon.... as far as i remember (city girl and all) the moon SETS opposite the sun. i have seen the sun and moon together in the morning sky beofre, and they where always opposite each other never moon rising above the sun rise. I have also seen what looked like two suns rising in the east and west, but someone mentioned it was anticrpuscular rays. So my jury is still deliberating.

@insanezenmistress I do NOT know what they caught in the video, but I can say that was not the moon this much I do know. At the time of the video we were waiting for the new moon to pass so we could plant the collards for a late crop. And the following morning at the same time video shot (timezone difference isn't a factor due to rotation) I went and looked for what they saw and nothing was in the sky.
So what they filmed I don't know but it wasn't the moon.

@kamroon Exactly, but to be honest I did see a video by what was said to be CNN about a large body of "something" entering the solar system? But nothing since about it, so if there was something it would seem to reason ALOT of people would be talking about it. Everybody is not like an ostrich and sticks there heads in the ground. It's extremely possible that's Mercury. Elenin is in Leo; and both the Sun and Mercury are presently in Virgo, side by side. Mercury rises above and ahead of the Sun, so my guess is that's Mercury. Some are saying its possibly Planet X (???); but it's definitely not Elenin. It's not in the correct location to be Elenin; plus its just way too big to be Elenin.

Lol, THAT'S THE MOON, it looks so bright because that's a timelapse and the exposure time is kinda full open so MOON looks overexposed, everyone with basic photographic knowledge knows this. Try it for yourself

@aronchas At first i thought it was the moon, but i have matched the star positions and overlayed them on my astronomy star chart which was all done digitally. I have even matched the time lapse. This has taken me 35 solid hours and i can confirm it is NOT the moon. I thought all this Nibiru/Elenin was hocus pocus, but i have stopped working on a an Internal combustion project which i have heavily invested and i have turned my attention to this. There is definitely something strange going on.

It has totally changed my scientific views on certain matters. All i can suggest, is try and research all you can. This also couldn't be elenin due to the fact that elenin would almost be at the stage of crossing in front of the sun. It should start crossing the sun on the 26th. This object your seeing is way too far away from the sun to reach crossing it in 2 days.

This is the moon. I just checked today, Sept 25, 2011 images and when the object reaches close to the top of the screen, the lighting on it dims and you can see it turn to a sliver. It is supposed to be a sliver in the moon phase right now if you check any moon phase site. Elenin would not appear in the morning sky.. it is lined up just between where Venus is and the Sun.. so this can not be it. If you have a cell phone with the Google Sky feature you can see where Venus is in comparison to the Sun. Elenin would be just between the two of them. Again, this is not Elenin.

I fook some pictures of the sun last night when it was going down and have some interesting objects near and around the sun. Some objects are red and some are pale yellow, like round orbs. Have been taking alot of pictures of the sun during the day for the last few months and have some interesting objects near the sun.....not sure what they are though.......

A friend whom I have told about Elenin has been researching since and he said that whatever is going to happen is supposed to happen between 5 and 7 today. I didn't get a chance to ask him how he knew this because someone else jumped into the conversation. We are now just over three hours of finding out what it is that's supposed to happen. @WorldMustWakeUp If you take any camera, set it to the highest brightness sensitivity and point it at the moon, no matter which phase it is in it will look "full".
And like said before : if it isn't the moon then where is it? It should rise at 3:20, at exactly the same time this bright object rises...

it seems that bright because the camera is a high gain camera, that watches the clouds even under starlight (no moon).

It is MERCURY! This camera is set to pick up alot of light and thats why you get this effect of it more or less beeing the size of the sun. But wait.. if you paus the video at 0:56 you'll see the actual size. If that is npt enough for you, go check Stellarium.
