okay i did it i changed it i turned off y router do i have to unplug it so it hcnaged ip and how long i have to turn it off?

It needs to be off for 30 sec (I belive) make it one min and you're fine.

If you ip banned it doessn't matter witch account you tryes to login to, you still need to change ip first.
