Of course, when you're RENTING a space in a mobile home park, the situation is clearly not permanent. Why would these people, or anyone else, think otherwise?

In this case, city officials probably felt the property was better used, served more city residents, as a recreational park. Decision was likely based on the fact that the previous owner could not afford his taxes with the existing income from that mobile home park, nor any substantial resale value (or owner would have sold it).

I also would like to know what has happened since last November.Its a sad day that Broward County is kicking people out the homes to be homeless for 5000$ dollars what can that get you these days. That first,last months rent and a security deposit right there all gone.

I know they are doing this on US1 and 3rd street in Hallandale to allow developers to build, but I didnt know about the Tower Mobile Park, is that the mobile home lot close to I-95?

Hi. The Tower Park is to the east of I-95, by about 2.5 miles, and just to the west of US1.
