Checking your diamond could just to double check if your husband got the wool pulled over his eyes without making him insecure about admitting it to him. People can be very deceptive, but it would be insulting to insinuate to your husband he might of got duped. However, I am sure a gold digger would find this useful as well xD

Easy way to tell, make a line on the stone with a felt tipped pen. On a diamond the line will be solid, on a CZ the ink will pool into tiny puddles.
