i did not l-cancel, the first dair auto cancels because I started it early.

The reason is that I start the dair early, and it is finished before i hit the ground. It is auto-cancelled.

Okay. For a reverse warlock punch, you have to jump, jump again and throw the bat up. Hold left and start the punch on the left side of the bag.

If you time it correctly, the bat will send the bag to the strongest hitbox of the punch, sending it backwards and gaining way more distance than a normal punch.
