Looks to me like it is either about to rain, or it is raining, and they are enjoying a shower and mucking around. If you were a 'too, wouldn't you do the same thing?
Bare eyed cockatoos is the englisch translation of our german name "Nacktaugenkakadus". In deed they are called "Little Corellas" in Australia and they love to turn around
those are Goffin's and appear to be adults to me, I used to have one who was a real ham, plus he rode on my motorbike with me, full feathered, never clipped him, at the lights he would fly up in the intersection anxious to get going again and people would freak out, land back on my shoulder leaning forward makeing noise wanting to get moving again...
@theeProphet They are very intelligent animals. Apparently they have the intelligent of 5 year old children. Or do we underestimate them? These ones are having fun. Fun in animals shows intelligence, as with dolphins, some dogs: not all, and a few other animals...

dont have goffins in australia ( unless an imported pet or breeder) they are corellas
