Your hair would end up looking a LOT better if you pulled the hair thru just a little further and got those pointy ends. In the end, all those pointy straight ends with those pretty soft curls just made it look messy. Also, if you brush out each piece, or a least the messy pieces, the curls are more consistent.

@thatburwashkidd it does, you just have to make sure that you get the ends through the curling iron. which can be done by slowly letting go of the handle bit by bit to allow it through and then your ends won't stick out :) i have a newer hair curling video which might explain it better. hope this helps
