it's cowgirls meets the jetsuns meets the maharajah's teen daughter who hangs out in kerala with the westerners smoking pot.

i like this because it's a tad wacky and cheeky, but i think dries van noten does a better job at distiling and refining an amalgam of cultural influences. sorry to compare. this is a like a mashup.

i think taken as separate pieces, they are sorta cool. the paisley pants, the skirt at 6:35, etc.

@KimberleyLaurenW I agree, the colour clashing was great and put a twist in western style or w/e but the idea of metallics - especially in spring, who wears metallics in spring?? - def ruined it for me.

@alexdevelop maybe it's the combination of the materials./patterns/colors - metallics, crochet looks, paisley, colors...he kinda threw everything in there. lol.

i prefer this to the more girly, softer looks it seems the other designers are putting out, more interesting pov, imo.
