@Freepepsi42 not to be a dick, but running and diet are the only real ways to lose belly and leg fat. Those are the most stubborn areas for body fat consumption. :(

@Freepepsi42 Remember to try to not keep your body in a catabolic state. You dont want to waste the muscle you do have. You can still need to eat a lot and keep your body burning itself in a good way. Cardio and strength training.
