Thanks Andi....Sure does look the same....I've been wanting to get me one in black....I need a back up....I don't know how many times I end up changing a busted string in the middle of a show....It's better to have another guitar ready to go....I like yours....Does it have a built in tuner????

oooh....Those are expensive....I wouldn't mind a Gibson Dove....Those have such a beautiful sound to them....I'm using Martin strings on mine....such a bright sound to it....I started out on a Martin....You should give those a try....I would love to have that guitar back....It wasn't electric...had to stick a pickup in the sound hole......

Nice cover. The only thing that might have made it a little better is a little less volume on the guitar, but I do that too when I'm singing and playing along like you're doing here.

You really do the tune justice, and the guitar's tone is nice.

I miss back when, too, Darrel...back when the words we sing about in this song meant exactly what they were supposed to and people cared about character and integrity.

Back when 'screw' meant 'flathead or #2 Phillips'.

Hey thanks for this video! I like that song. I remember the hearing this song a lot in the morning riding the bus to school, it would happen to come on all the time during that short time. oh and there was this girl I liked that rode the same bus and she would be talking about the song when it was playing and maybe even sang along with it.. unless that was someone else, IDR.. lol

That's another good song.. I miss those old country songs, now all they play is crap IMO. I used to listen to country all the time in early 2000's. Now I hardly ever listen to it anymore. And nope, that's not how it turned out.
