Think that an impossible 'balanced control' - Ross is still looking for it yet New Zealand passed these laws two days before the last 2008 election. We need to accept that these LAWS exist. The problem is not that we dont have a solution, the problem is we are not using the new classification.

Well said. It's sad that drug problems are not being addressed enough. Child/young person usage rates of marijuana are shocking in NZ.
