thats just same as pidgeon widget you can download that from pidgeon website ,basically it encrypts conversation only if the other user has that programme installed exchange private keys

@ActiveBassDestroyer Are you talking about the Spark client? The Openfire Server itself is a XMPP server. Pidgin can connect to XMPP (this is what Facebook and Google talk use), but it in itself is not a server. The XMPP org site is a good place to learn more about servers and clients.
