  • So I've been eyeing this video for a long while now and hadn't had time to try the recipe out... But now it's in the oven just waiting for the hour to pass!!! I'll update on the turn out!! And for those who don't understand Tagalog.. U shud check out the recipe at their website.. (it's in English). I did cos I don't understand Tagalog either.. :) thanks for sharing the recipe!!

  • the flan shouldn't be too thick.. you could either use a wider baking pan to make the flan thinner, or make the cake thicker.. btw you should've cooked the flan first before you put the cake mixture.

  • Ure merenge wasnt fluffy enough it has to be fluffy that u can flip it and then it wont fall if its a little bit drooppy u hav to mix it more or add more sugar

  • @jsscmei 1.heat up a 9 by 13 baking pan (by stove top) 2. while the pan is heating add the sugar 3. wait for the sugar to caramelize 4.set aside the caramelized sugar 5. put egg yolks in a large bowl 6. whisk the eggs 7.add condenced milk 8.add fresh milk 9. mix 10.add sugar 11.mix 12.add the mixture u just made to the caramelized stuff in the baking pan (the caramel shuld be cracking) 13.set aside 14. again you need a large bowl 15.add egg yolks 16.beat the eggs 17.add sugar 18.beat 19.add

  • review the written recipe... be patient. Cooking needs more patience.... you also need to experiment , adjust the ingredients according to your taste or according to the peiople who will eat... it is better to ask not Complain...

  • It's hard to understand most of what he's saying but I'm guessing that's what the link is for. Either way, the actual visual of the video is nice. The recipes are easy to follow. I don't know if they're authentic or not, and frankly I don't care. If he's not in the Philippines where he can get all of the traditional ingredients it's going to be hard to stay authentic. That being said, the final product looks delicious. Thanks for posting this Panlasangpinoy. Keep it up.

  • Kuya mas maganda sana kong lagya mo din kong ilang gram na flour at gaano kadami sugar at gatas. Like sa Ube di mo nilagyan kong gaano kadami ang butter. Malaking tulong po itong site mo, natutu akong magluto, salamat po.
