Well,yes there is some script, but I don't think the styles are exactly perfectly laid out... I think Laura has a big set of styles they can choose from, so she's still practicing before the show... but it's still part improv.

Actually, that is completely incorrect. Having seeing "Whose Line" live on stage, they would ask the audience for the style, then the topic and Laura would instantly play. Ask any established piano player to play a style and 99% of them would be able to do it.
