68J goes to TVA's Kingston steam plant in Kingston, TN to pick up fly ash and they deliver it to Birmingham, AL.

There is a spot in Chattanooga called Coffey's Cliff that gives you a view of DeButts East End freight lead, in other words I would have to trespass to see any yard work.
