game doesn't crash, but switching between wolf link and normal link costs time ;)

How much time do you lose by splitting the Temple into segments? Say, if someone were to take your exact route and use it in a TAS, without savewarping, what would they get?

you'll probably have to wait another 3 years for that

but there's also the SS =Single Segment category. That means, that someone completes the game without saving, save warping or segmenting

Save Warping is used to make the run faster. when saving costs time, we simply don't save in order not to loose any time ;)

There's also another, why we save so often. It allows much more optimizing.

woha, one year? do you think, that TP will be available directly after the emulator is working fine? It's one of the last games relased for GCN, so this might take longer to create a good rom of than of WW or something

I'm much more fimilar with OoT and MM than with TP, but i'm pretty sure, that splitting up the temple costs no time. it should save some time here, I think.
