  • Piękny pokaz , wszystko wolniutko, każdy element dokładnie widać. Piękna dziewczyna, piękna muzyka.

  • beautiful demo and beautiful girl.

  • Comments:

    1. Focus too much out side forms would weaken inner chi flow. Suggest use inner chi to drive outside movements.

    2. If would be even better if main body (without hands and foot) drive the hands and foot instead of hands and foot drive whole body.

  • Me gusto muy armónico elegante.y limpio gracias

  • By the way I loved your metaphor of the tree !

Reason is being a bonsai gardener for 12 years now. I find working on them incredibly soothing . Your metaphor was great .

  • Dr Pauline you r absolutely great , I'm advancing slowly in the Chen style. Still everytime I pracice I do a few times 24 form .

    I have a question ?

    How important is breathing?

Sometimes I find that for certain moves I am breathing to heavy !

    Hope......

  • Super nice ....... Fei Yan !! Now that I'm understanding 24 form, some. This video gives me new appreciation for the exercise. ......... Thank You, Jai sat chit anand!

  • ....about Parting the Horses mane;

I'm having tuff time getting it perfect , I watch the (1) hand go up n (2) hand go down n Iam

Trying to sync it to perfection, however sometimes I feel I may b going to fast with (2) n thus causing my equilibrium to b off!

Any tips you can help me with Doctor, this is the weakest point in my 24form

  • @Waxfiretape Before you move, sink your chi into your stomach (dan tian). Next, imagine your body is like a tree, and your spine is the center of your tree. When you move, you move your spine. Imagine your legs and arms are like tree branches. Your legs are like roots in the ground...making you stable. As you 'move your tree (spine/body) your branches (arms/hands) will follow naturally. Concentrate on holding the chi in your hands as you flow. It may slow down your hand movements.

  • Dr Pauline Bao

I love how you do - parting the horses maine

I need to learn this from you , it is so sublime

For me this is the hardest move, it's cause it's a part of the begining'

And if it's shaky or not proper -the rest of my form will suffer.

I just finished 24 form, been at it for a month.

All the best to you Doc

  • how were you able to memorize all those tai chi moves? I've read a book about tai chi and it's quite complicated!

  • Hi darkeng. You're right...it does take time to memorize all the moves. I've been practicing tai chi since I was 4 years old, so it has become second nature to me know. Practice, practice, practice...a lot of repetition...and watch as much as you can. You'll get it soon enough!
