Håller med heyonyouyou. Att säga att Lucia inte är en religiös högtid är som att säga att julen är köpmannaföreningens påhitt. Dvs, kan verka så, men i själva verket ligger månghundraårigsa traditioner bakom

Lucia is always celebrated in the early morning of dec. 13 for the memory of Santa Lucia. Ceremonies are held in churches (and schools and equal) all over Sweden. This particular choir is from Mora and Orsa in the Dalarna region in Sweden.

It's amazingly well done and beautiful. I wonder where I can find some information about this tradition and the choir itself. Who knows they can sing in a festival in my town!
