0:27 Wow the stargate is really big compared to the guy walking trough, it's not like this in the series :) Very good effect, but you can still see it needs more improvement, I don't know how to explain it though :P
Hey great effects, but why are there seven glyphs encoded on the DHD? when dialing from a pegasus gate you only need 6 glyphs and the point of origin, the centre button. This implys you are dialing 7 glyphs plus the point of origin, which is another galaxy xD

I've just watched Children Of the Gods, Rising and Continuum, and obviously point of origin is only inside Atlantis dhd, maybe puddle jumper too, but not dhd located on the planets. You can see this in Garry's Mod too - you have to push 7 glyphs, then center button.
well, garrysmod is not the source of all stargate knowledge you know.. and for your information aVoN is actually making it so you dont have to press the seventh glyph, just the centre button for the next revision of his mod, because its more true to the show.

No, you need to push 7 glyphs, 7th will be point of origin. Big button in the center is just activation button.

wrong, the point of origin is inside th DHD and is activated when you press the centre button. 6 glyphs plus the centre button
