Gust likes to add stuff from previous games and have similarities, If you haven't noticed, Flay fights just Edge does with subtle difference, and that Vayne also fights like Ash in this game. They're not related story wise, but you can always find something popping up in the newer games to the previous game they made =]

When I first opened this video, I knew it was related to Mana Khemia, and that Edge guy has a lot of similarities with Flay from Mana Khemia.

yeah u can do that too XD but it's better to complete a quest then get siren in one fell swoop then go back and forth

Nah I think its better to go back and forth at least you'll collect some experience. Although the other way is just fine as well.

good point...the experience thing. I like training so I would go the get it immediately when ishtar is unlocked but I don't really like to enter a place without a quest involved lol

unfortunatly, i don't think this is the same iris as in numbers one and two. i think this is like a parrallel univers of something.

EX: ash has a pair of crimson azoths. that sword was destroyed in number two.

...the story may take place somewhere outside the arcamy from mana khemia... the scene battle is very similar...

Thats because burst mode tends to double your damage output.

Though ein zeckslclaw even in the 2nd game also does 13 hits.

burst mode from what i have scene almost dose 5-8 times as much damage as normal. i may be just imagining things but burst mode seems to be extreemly overpowered.

Have you noticed that Nel's ein zecksclaw attack is so much more powerful than Fee's ein zecksclaw. Go to Burst Mode and it does ridiculous amounts of damage when using Edge in his ninja form..

Primal Ray fire a giant laser beam at the entire party if you don't guard agaisnt it can easily do 150+ to all 3 at once.

Consider yourself "lucky" if it never uses it.

actually when I fought this thing. I recall that attack barely dealing 70 damage to each character. Maybe it was just my characters.

However some area's are so large you may not have enough time to get a 100% or at least a 95% map completion durign a first visit to the area.

As for this boss I soul bursted it to death sure it took 3 uses but as long as you can survive Primal Ray you can't really lose.

I don't even know what Primal Ray does. I never saw. I though it was an auto-counter move so I still don't know what it does cause it never actually did it.

I was going to get this game, but i've heard this games has a "timer" in the missions. I don't want to be rushed while playing, is the timer strict or what?

Its not strict in fact there are items on the field that increase that timer. And you have such a long time on the field anyways you'll always have time to complete your quest or mission. I only had to return to the field again once cause the enemies I was supposed to kill stopped showing up.
